  • Ashtanga (Mysore & Guided)

    Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic, breath-centered practice that builds strength, mobility, balance, and endurance through a progressive sequence of postures.

    Regular practice develops body awareness, focus, and resilience while creating a strong foundation for lifelong movement. No experience necessary, just an open mind.

    Best for: Students who enjoy a structured, progressive practice and want to deepen their strength, flexibility, and personal yoga journey.

    Tuesdays Mysore (independent practice) 6:30-8:30am open door with ROLLING start time. Rolling start means students may arrive anytime during the scheduled practice window and receive individualized guidance while moving at their own pace.

    Or Thursday 7am guided/led ashtanga practice with Colee Garr. Led classes begin promptly at the scheduled start time, with the teacher guiding the entire group through the sequence together.

    Original Hot 26&2: 90 Minutes to Transform
    Original Hot 26&2 is a traditional sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises practiced in a heated room. The consistent format helps build strength, improve flexibility, increase balance and mobility, and supports cardiovascular health while allowing you to track your progress over time.

    Regular practice may also support mental well-being by reducing stress, improving mood, and enhancing focus and resilience through mindful movement and breath awareness. Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or refining your practice, each class offers the opportunity to reconnect with your body and mind.

  • Block Therapy

    Block Therapy

    Block Therapy: 60 Minutes to Release & Realign
    Melt tension and support healthy fascia with Block Therapy, a unique practice combining diaphragmatic breathing and mindful compression using a specialized wooden block during 3–5 minute holds. This gentle yet powerful method is designed to improve mobility, enhance posture, encourage healthy breathing mechanics, and help release areas of tension and restriction throughout the body.

    Think of it as deep-tissue massage meets meditation—helping you move with greater ease while leaving you feeling lighter, more open, and deeply relaxed.
