🌺 How to Bring a Guest on Walla
Pre-register for class
Open the Walla App (link in website footer) or visit our class schedule on the website and book your class as usual.Celebrate your booking!
Once you’ve successfully booked, you’ll see a little burst of celebratory confetti — congratulations! 🎉Add your guest
Scroll just below your booking confirmation, and you’ll see a prompt that says, “Want to bring a guest?”
Tap or click it, then enter your guest’s first and last name and email address to sign them up.If you can’t make it
No worries — if your guest can still attend but you can’t, simply cancel your own booking. Your guest will remain on the class roster.

Our team can help you upgrade, adjust, or pause your plan anytime.
Members can’t change plans through the app, so just email info@yogaoasishawaii.com and we’ll take care of it for you.
🔼 Upgrade Your Plan
Ready for more yoga? Move up to an Ultimate Membership — available as a Monthly, 6-Month, or Yearly plan for our best value and perks. If you’re currently on a class pack, we’ll apply your unused balance toward your upgrade.
🔽 Switch to a Lighter Option
Need more flexibility? Choose a Tune-Up Pass (4 classes/month) or a 10-Pack (6-month expiration).
Members who switch before their plan expires receive:
12 for the price of 10, or 6 for the price of 5, plus
$20 off the first month of a Tune-Up Pass.
🕊️ Pause or Cancel
Plans may be paused once per year for up to 6 weeks or canceled with 48 hours’ notice before renewal.
Email info@yogaoasishawaii.com for any changes.

🧘♀️ Manage or Cancel Your Membership
Pausing your plan:
You may request to pause your membership once per year for up to 6 weeks by emailing us at info@yogaoasishawaii.com.
Canceling your plan:
Plan cancellations can’t be done in the Walla App.
Go to our website and log in to your Walla account in the footer.
Click “Manage Account” next to your profile picture.
Select “Your Credits and Plans.”
Click the three dots (…) on your current plan and choose “Cancel Plan.”
💫 Please give 48 hours’ notice before your next billing date so we can process your cancellation.
